My desktop was plagued with spyware problems. A tech came later the same day I called and fixed the problems I’d been trying to fix myself in less than an hour. Next time, I’ll call smart techs first and save myself some headaches

Woke up to a dead PC. Called Smart Techs, and they had someone pick it up the same day. The next day, I got a call diagnosing the problem, which they promptly fixed. I could have picked it up that day but preferred to wait until the following day, when I got home delivery (and he nicely reattached all cables and booted it up for me). All for $99. Would definitely use them again.
